Yoga Sculpt w/Lauren Roberts

An eclectic 60-minute workout combining strength training, cardio and yoga with the use of hand weights, bands and ankle weights. This class will surely help build strength, tone and flexibility.

Mondays: 8:30-9:30am
Saturday: 10-11am

Lauren Roberts is a professional fitness and yoga instructor whose philosophy is that movement is a key player in happiness. "Moving your body everyday is so important, and I want to create a safe space for like-minded people to sweat and exercise. I want to build a fitness community. We are all in this together."
