DCP!™ is a richly choreographed workout that combines the delight of dance with the fundamentals of fitness. It is designed to help improve coordination and access greater body and core awareness.
DCP!™/tutorial was created to help both beginner and current students catch up on the newer steps and become more confident with the existing ones.
Kelsey Currier believes that movement creates the connection between mind, body, and spirit. She started dancing at age 3 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) at the 200-hour level in 2015. Dance Conditioning Plus!™ gives her an outlet for self expression and reminds her not to take life too seriously. She is trilled to be a part of the beautiful team at MOVE and to share the joy of dance.
