![]() Strong For Life Fitness: Wed & Fri 12-12:50pm / $18 per class This 50-minute workout focuses on full body strengthening. Have fun incorporating light dumbbells, bands, yoga mats and your own bodyweight in order to build a strong foundation of upper and lower body strength, core strength, mobility and flexibility. All levels of fitness are welcome! Christianna Rose grew up dancing and performing. She became interested in fitness, running and weightlifting and was certified as a personal trainer at 18. She later became certified in Crossfit after completing a year of Coaches Prep at Undisputed Fitness. She coached and competed in Crossfit for several years before returning her focus to personal/strength training. She is also a certified Flexologist as well as a certified Nutrition Coach. After years in the health and fitness world, Christianna has come to believe that building a routine based on strength and fitness -- that is also fun and fits with your lifestyle -- is the key to your body's overall health and longevity. |
